Tonight, we are going to come together for a solidarity vigil with Occupy Oakland.

Occupy Oakland is under attack. The Oakland Chamber of Commerce - funded by big banks and large corporations - has been pressuring the City Council and the Mayor to evict the encampment at Oscar Grant Plaza (Frank Ogawa Plaza). 

Occupy Oakland has become a public symbol of both the frustrations with our current system and the hopes for a better future in Oakland, the Bay Area, and the world.

Tomorrow night, Oakland residents are coming together to show our solidarity with Occupy Oakland. Join us in sending a message to the City that we are the 99% and we stand united.
