With the highest homicide rate in the world, Honduras has become the apex for drug trafficking in the region.
In this segment, CNN’s Kaj Larsen gives you an extremely rare behind-the-scenes look at an overseas operation headed by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration. Larsen follows the head of the DEA in Honduras who, with the help of just two other DEA agents, is trying to stem the flow of an estimated 25 tons a month of cocaine bound for the U.S.
